NI tiki tour 1st night. Booked the crown hotel for its location near to the harbour. Decided on a heritage room for some character, although i think any of the rooms would have been nice. Newer rooms appeared to have balconies, Our heritage room had No balcony to sit on and very little view so from that perspective it was disappointing.
Had to keep curtains closed for privacy and to keep the draughts from blowing accross the bed.

On our website it does explain that the heritage suites do not have a seaview and only a 'juliet' balcony where as you mentioned our contemporary rooms do have a larger outdoor balcony with outdoor furniture. I am pleased you like the location of the hotel on the waterfront and within walking distance to great cafes and restaurants.

Breakfast was on time, very well presented and delicious. Customer service fantastic, had flowers already in room ordered by family members on arrival. Highly recommend.
