It is demanding but this track is used lots of locals for workouts and some even do more than twice each time! Kudos to them! I lost count of the stairs but do take care of your heart. It needs certain level of fitness for this activity. The view is great and there are many signs that is pretty enriching and motivating as shown in my pic! Have fun! If students feel unwell or have Covid symptoms they should stay away from school.
