Groupon didnt fix it yet Groupon could ony sell 54 vocuhers so far and there were not enough bookings on other days than fridays. We cannot arrange a buffet for less than 15 people as it is economical to arrange buffet fro 2 or 4 people.

We were planning to book the B lounge for my 21st birthday with a Groupon voucher. We purchased the voucher and we had many phone calls and meetings with the manager of B lounge and every time we would contact her she would avoid us using the voucher.

Seriously B lounge is so unprofessional and they have the worst customer service. I do not recommend for functions. None of these additional costs and conditions were stated on the voucher. I even contacted Groupon many times and reported these guys.

We have stopped the vouchers, but Groupon sold one to you even though we have requested to stop the deal.

As i spoke to you we were still happy to honour the voucher, but the dates were not feasible for us as those were our busy days. Also the voucher clearly states that you can opt for DJ services and decorations,but it didnt say it is included in the package. We have done nearly 35 parties at our restaurant, but never had a single complaint from our guests.
