I like to stay here you get a nice view on the port side rooms. Nice to have a microwave in the room though! Wall mounted TV is small and not all the channels worked as lost reception part way through the night.

In the restroom the shower was a bit small and in the lounge the TV could have had more channels but all else was good. There was an outside pool. Narrow but long so a proper swim was possible. I chose the Portside as it offered views over the harbour and Poverty Bay. Our room was comfortable, modern and well laid out, with all the facilities you would need to cook meals if you wish. There was also an air conditioner, essential in the Gisborne summer.
